Music therapy can help with personal skills, developmental issues, anxiety, helps Alzheimer's and dementias, and is involved with research studies. Music therapy involves all sorts of techniques and provides help for everyone.The patient can improvise based on anything; the therapists, other patients, and/ or themselves.In re ' creating the patient will sing or play music that is precomposed.
