There is no way someone can become successful if they are not happy with what they are doing. The third goal I have set is to expand upon my leadership skills. But, goals can't be impractical, they need to be achievable or else you are just setting yourself up for disappointment in the future when these goals are not met. Everybody has dreams, wishes and goals and sooner or later they get closer and closer to them. I believe, in most cases reaching a goal means to accept challenges in order to follow your dreams.
